FIELD: liquid-fuel lighters. SUBSTANCE: device has housing which is designed as tank with hole in its upper part, spark-generation tool, wick which is mounted on holder, and is inserted into housing hole. End of holder with wick is located in tank. Its another end has head with flange. Goal of invention is achieved by design of spark-generation took, which is designed as silicon strip, which is mounted on side surface of housing, guiding which is parallel to silicon strip, and friction plate which is mounted at end of holder. Wick is made from fiber or porous heat-resistance material, is mounted on holder near friction plate and contact fuel adsorbent which is located in tank.
