SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for emergency repair of gas pipelines. In the device design there is a rotation shaft, a centring part of the holder, attachment of a device to the device rotation shaft, a reinforcing bushing, a spring, a fixing screw in the lower part of the holder, a fastening nut, a sealing collar, safety bolt, nut, guide stop, sluice chamber, centring bushing, measuring ruler, supply pipe guide, special feed nut, and feed pipe handles. Creation of tightness of covering of hole of side branch is achieved by design of mechanism of device, which is introduced into internal cavity of distributing gas line and gas supply is stopped. Lateral branch pipe is disconnected from the inside of the distribution gas line by means of a special device of the device.

EFFECT: invention can be used for disconnection of an inlet gas line at a point of a tie-in to a distribution gas line, for repair, or at its liquidation without termination of operation of a distributing gas line.
