SUBSTANCE: lighter comprises housing provided with top, bottom and sides, nozzle with tip, tank for combustible liquid, pipeline for supplying combustible liquid from the tank to the nozzle tip, igniting device provided with piezoelectric element and generating spark in the spark gap near the nozzle tip, valve drive interposed between the tank and igniting device, and locking device.
