FIELD: measurement technology, multiple high-precision measurement of temperature of molten metal in steel melting industry. SUBSTANCE: noise thermometer includes transducer, transition waveguide, circulator, first valve, tee-joint connected in series. It also has radio signal receiver and second valve. First input of circulator is connected to transition waveguide. First output of tee-joint is linked to input of radio signal receiver, its second output is connected via second valve to second input of circulator. Transducer is manufactured in the form of antenna and ceramic dome based on boron nitride. EFFECT: provision for continuous high- precision measurement of temperature of molten metal. 1 cl, 2 dwg
