FIELD: temperature measurements, chemical indicators, inspection of process of sterilization of articles of medical assignment. SUBSTANCE: temperature and time sterilization indicator has base and temperature-sensitive coat. Base is fabricated from heat-resistant flexible material. Temperature-sensitive coat includes dihydric carbonic acid, zinc oxide, pH indicator and water-soluble varnish with pH=8.0 used as binder. Process of manufacture of temperature and time sterilization indicator includes grinding of crystalline components of temperature- sensitive coat with binder till paste-like condition is obtained and application of paste on base. Solid particles have average size of 1.0-2.0 μm after grinding. Specified design of indicator and process of its manufacture make it possible to check simultaneously specified sterilization temperature and time of its action.
