FIELD: automatic control of water flows, in particular, for heat supply of houses using electronic control equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has input and output channels, and regulation member, which is designed as bellows with operation chamber and guiding axle. One end of bellows is covered with cap and is connected to housing and guiding axle, which contains side channel, which is closed with control valve. Its free motion end is closed by regulation valve with axial hole for holding guiding axle which is equipped with inclined grooves or flat spots. This results in making alternations of area of ring gap upon opening of regulation valve and interfaces it to operations of control valve due to weighted passing of working fluid into operation chamber. Control valve drive is designed as low- power manometer system with heat-compensation chamber which is equipped with heating system. When control valve is closed, passing hole of device is also closed by free end of bellows. When control valve is open, passing hole of device opens and passes working fluid. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities, simplified design, decreased weight and size, increased reliability of operations, decreased manufacturing costs, increased possibility to use it, in particular, for small and middle enterprises. 2 cl, 1 dwg
