FIELD: low-pressure pneumatic systems. SUBSTANCE: seat is installed on the side of the inlet port. The shut-off member is made in the form of two coaxially installed valves, the inner valve has a rod. Adjusting nut with a hole is installed at the end of the outer valve. The space of the sensing element communicates with the inlet port. The seat is made as a funnel, it is secured on the body and makes up the shut-off pair together with the outer valve. Made in the outer valve is the central through hole overlapped by the inner valve whose rod is passed through the hole of the nut restricting the displacement of the inner valve and secured on the tie of the movable system. The sensing element is made as an elastic ball installed between the body and stop of the movable system. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 dwg
