Abstract RU 2131229 C1

FIELD: traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: two at least plates bent to fit contour of bone are installed into fracture joint zone through small punctures (incisions) of skin, under muscles, in parallel to longitudinal axis of bones, without touching its surface (supraosteally). Plates are positioned at angle of 45-80 deg relative to each other in bone cross-section plane. Threaded rods are inserted in threaded holes of plates perpendicularly or at an angle to plate in one or different planes. With one end threaded rods are secured in plate by means of thread. The other end is used to cut thread in coaxial holes of bone, thus securing the place of fracture. EFFECT: reduced traumatism. 2 dwg
