FIELD: medicine; traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: device contains intramedullary rod with apertures for blocking threaded rods, reamer and guide wire for blocking threaded rods. Apertures are threaded, located in different planes at an angle to each other throughout rod. Aperture diameter by rod ends is more than diameter of apertures within rod middle. Reamer is flexible and furnished with tip fixed on one end for replaceable working element; tip for reamer connection is provided on the other end within guiding rigid bush. Bush and intramedullary rod are radially curved correspondingly to radial curve of femoral marrowy canal or radial curve of internal contour of cortical layer of the other bones. Guide wire contains guiding elements mounted on arc support coaxially to corresponding rod aperture.
EFFECT: invention provides improved reliability of bone fragments fixation while simplification and increase of accuracy of blocking rods installation.
