FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying peripheral iridectomy. A part of sinus and trabecules are removed. Peripheral iridectomy is carried out. Scleral flap is fixed in lifted state by approaching lateral edges of the flap. Sinus site and trabecules dissection is carried out concurrently with deep layers of sclera to the ciliary body as a strip having the scleral body length. Notches are made in following the inferior edge of the removed scleral strip on both sides of layered sclera flap base. After performing preliminary bilateral cyclodialysis along the whole length of the removed deep sclera layer strip, sclera flap is fixed by pinching its lateral edges in the anterior chamber angle and in supraciliary space along the whole length of the removed deep sclera layer strip. EFFECT: enhanced stability of hypotensive effect. 4 dwg
