SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Formed a conjunctival flap, a superficial scleral flap of a triangular shape and 1/3 of the sclera with an entry of up to 1.5 mm into the transparent layers of the cornea, deep sclera of rectangular shape above the ciliary body together with the external wall of the Schlemm's canal and the corneal stroma with exposing the peripheral part of the Descemet's membrane. Scleral incision is performed to a ciliary body within scleral bed 2 mm from the limb and parallel thereto, an anterior cyclodialysis of the formed wound throughout its length. That is followed by fixing an apex of the scleral flap, sealing the conjunctiva. From formed deep sclera by cutting to base, two strips are formed, one of which is filled into anterior chamber, and the other after the preliminary posterior cyclodialysis is implanted through the cyclodialysis slot into the suprachoroidal space towards the arch. To fix the tip of scleral flap 3.5 and 4.5 mm from the limb and parallel to it along the scleral bed, two through incisions of the sclera are performed to the supraveal space. Incision of the scleral flap is sliced in the incisions towards the equator. Superficial scleral flap is formed with base 4.0 mm, height 5–5.5 mm.

EFFECT: method provides intraocular pressure compensation, prolonged preservation of ophthalmotonus normalization with minimum number of postoperative complications.
