FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves marking cornea in circular way. Needle is introduced into a point on the marked circle in the middle of distance between two cicatrices. A thread is stretched at the half of corneal stroma thickness depth. The thread is conducted under a cicatrix. The needle is driven to the same stroma depth between the following two cicatrices and circular suture is continued along the whole length of the circle. The suture is tightened under keratometric control to calculated value of refraction reinforcement and it is tied. EFFECT: stable and easily reversible treatment effect; low risk of traumatic injuries of cornea. 1 dwg
