FIELD: gas-handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: gas-dispensing device is, essentially, slide valve mounted inside expander coaxially to rod and plate for its change-over by means of covers of expander bellows. Air is cooled down within expander in succession, that is, first in chamber of large bellows and then in that of small bellows. Device is provided with heat exchanger handling opposing flows of cold and hot working media. EFFECT: improved efficiency, reduced idle space and hydrodynamic loss. 2 dwg
