FIELD: labeling of various types of liquids. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to identification and protection of liquid substances consumed by living organisms, specifically, liquid food products, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, flavoring substances, cosmetics and medicinal preparations against imitations. Content of labeling substance in analyzed liquid is determined by spectral characteristics. Gold or stable isotopes of osmium or mixture of specified metals are used in the capacity of elements characterizing spectral composition. Amount of substances used for labeling is limited by nature. Their practical harmlessness to living organisms within bounds of specified permissible concentrations makes it feasible to determine present liquid with employment of widely used equipment sufficiently quickly and reliably.
