FIELD: methods of thermomechanical cracking and hydrogenation of chemical substances such as hydrocarbons in liquid or solid state, carbonates, lime, oil shales, oil sands, oily residues of petroleum processing plants, and nontreated sediments of storage tanks, plastic material, etc. SUBSTANCE: cracking and hydrogenation of substances in the presence of chemical liberating hydrogen such as water are carried out in mechanically formed fluidized bed of finely divided particles. In this case, mechanical action in fluidized bed generates heat taking part in cracking in addition to mechanical action on substance. As a result, cracking is effected in cavitation microbubbles and hydrogenation in reactor with common temperature and pressure more lower than in the known processes of cracking and hydrogenation. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 10 dwg
