FIELD: mechanical engineering; vehicles. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has base made in form of elongated plate furnished with at least one fastener holding base to bearing surface, tape and tape attachment means. As distinct from known devices, proposed device has tape made of flexible material and arranged along larger side of base, and base is provided with lining. Area of lining surface exceeds area of base, and thickness of lining exceeds height of attachment means fastening base on body surface. Lining can be made of rubber or noise isolating material. Cavity for base plate can be formed on surface of lining. Proposed device is multipurpose as provides possibility of fastening different mounting equipment on body.
