FIELD: computer engineering, digital information transmission. SUBSTANCE: device provides not only conversion of polynomials in algebraic polynomial rings, but also provides possibility to tune transputer network for performing counting, encrypting, decryption and multiplexing operations. It has flip-flop, modulo two adder, 2-2AND-2OR, AND, OR, NOT gates. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced three 2-2AND-2OR gates, second modulo two adder, two OR gates, group of m modulo two adders, group of m AND gates, NOR gate with m inputs, AND gate with three inputs, tuning inputs, information inputs Vn(1-m), V5 and V6, group of outputs Sh(1-m). EFFECT: possibility to design complete functional units, design of encoding and decoding devices with alternating structure for cryptography information transformation with high structural reliability, increased field of application. 2 dwg
