FIELD: computer engineering, digital information transmission. SUBSTANCE: device provides possibility to design polynomial units for conversion of polynomials in algebraic polynomial rings, as well as encoding and decoding devices with alternating structure for cryptography information transformation. Device has flip-flop, modulo two adder, two logical 2-2AND-2OR gates, five AND gates, NOT gate, three OR gates. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced two NOT gates, three AND gates and tuning code register. Device provides programmable choice of representation of output information from network using additional control code. Signal which is received by control input defines representation of information which is output from network in serial or parallel form. EFFECT: possibility to design complete functional units with high structural reliability, increased information exchange duration, increased functional capabilities, simplified design. 2 dwg
