SUBSTANCE: weight percentages of constituents in composition are 3.0-20.0 for carbon- containing filler, 15.0-37.0 for ferromagnetic current-conducting material, rest up to 100 % of high-molecular substance. Said method involves mixing said constituents, homogenizing them by means of melting and crystallization under application of alternating electromagnetic field of standard frequency. EFFECT: increased reliability and increased service life of ground electrodes due to significant decrease in speed of anode solution in wide range of sea and underground water and as well for superimposed modes. 8 cl, 1 tbl
