FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of creating biodegradable polymeric composite materials having a long-term energy- and resource-saving effect, used for the manufacture of plastic products with adjustable service life. Proposed material obtained by combining a mixture containing buckwheat husk 7–10 wt. %, secondary polypropylene 70–88 wt. % and ultramolecular polyethylene 5–20 wt. %, in the melt at the laboratory station (plastograph) at the temperature of the mixing chamber 180 °C and rotor speeds of 30 rpm for 15 minutes at a load of 200 N, followed by pressing on an automatic hydraulic press at 210 °C and exposure under a pressure of 7,000 kgf for 3 min with obtaining sheet material with a thickness of 1 mm.

EFFECT: resulting biodegradable polymer composite material is characterized by increased compatibility of the components of the composition and improved physicomechanical properties, and the use of recycled polypropylene in its composition makes it possible to effectively save resources.
