FIELD: medicine, therapy. SUBSTANCE: method involves an intravenous administration of prednizolone by drops at the dose 5 mg/kg per 24 h in 200 ml isotonic sodium chloride solution, three times at interval for 3 days and orally at the dose 0.5 mg/kg per 24 h on the 2nd day after each intravenous administration. Then the dose is decreased for a month from 0.5 mg/kg to 0.25 mg/kg followed by administration at the supporting dose 0.15 mg/kg for the next month. Then prednizolone dose is decreased every week by 2.5 mg up to its complete withdrawal for the month. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment, decreased treatment period. 2 ex
