FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to transplantology, and can be used for prevention of cadaver kidney rejection. That is ensured by examining a recipient in genetic HLA typing at high resolution. Then alloepitopes HLA of recipient and donor are compared. Detecting alloepitopes, present in donor, but absent in recipient. For prevention, basic three-component immunosuppressive therapy is used. If observing less than 10 mismatches of alloepitopes, additionally monoclonal antibodies blocking the alpha-chain of the interleukin-2 receptor molecule are introduced. If observing 10–24 misclosures of alloepitopes, photophoresis is additionally performed. If more than 24 mismatches of alloepitopes are detected, photopheresis and an induction therapy with antithymocyte globulin infusion are additionally prescribed. In all cases, pulse therapy with methylprednisolone is performed.
EFFECT: method provides more effective prevention of graft kidney graft rejection by reducing side effects of the preparations and preserving graft life.
