FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: for preparing eubiotic biosporin microbial masses of the strains Bacillus subtilis VKPM V-2335 and Bacillus lichenoformis VKPM V-2336 obtained by submerged culturing in nutrient medium at content of amine nitrogen from 0.27 to 0.31 g/dm³ and from 0.37 to 0.41 g/dm³, respectively, are mixed. Also, concentrated biomass of the indicated bacterial strains can be used. Mass is stabilized with sucrose-gelatin medium enriched with defatted milk. Biosporin can be used for prophylaxis and treatment of gastroenteric diseases in human caused by pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms, disbacteriosis caused by etiologically different factors (infections, antibiotic- and chemotherapy, ionizing radiation, acute and chronic intoxications and others).
