Strains of microorganisms Bacillus subtilis 3/Re and Bacillus licheniformis 31/Re are deposited in the Collection of the State scientific-research Institute of standardization and control of medicinal biological preparation named for L. I. Tarasevich at numbers GKPM = 263 and GKPM = 264, respectively. Biopreparation "Bisporin" comprises live strains of microorganisms Bacillus subtilis GKPM = 263, Bacillus licheniformis GKPM = 264 taken in the effective amount and protective medium. Optimal ratio of bacterial cultures B. subtilis GKPM = 263 and B. licheniformis GKPM = 264, vol.%: 50:50 in the amount of live microbe cells (4 x 10⁷) (1.6 x 10¹⁰) cells/ml (for B. subtilis GKPM = 263) and (2 x 10⁶) (3 x 10⁹) cells/ml (for B. licheniformis GKPM = 264). The preparation "Bisporin" is characterized by high antagonistic activity relating to broad spectrum of pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms and can be used in common with antibiotics.
