FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: invention concerns high-clay potassium ores and includes: crushing starting material, conditioning ore pulp with flocculant and collector, deslurring pulp, and potassium chloride flotation. Main stage of deslurring pulp is carried out at pulp density 17-25% solids and countercurrent-concurrent-mode motion of bubbles and particles in ascending air flow in tower-type apparatus at pulp stream velocity 2-3 cm/s, air flow rate 0.3-0.6 cu.m/min sq.m, and froth layer thickness 0.3-0.5 m. When water-insoluble particles content in ore is superior to 4.0 wt.%, check flotation of deslurring main stage chamber product is performed. Polyacrylamide is used as flocculant with intake of 10 to 25 g per 1 t 100% ore and oxyethylated C16-C18-fatty acids in amounts 5 to 15 g/t are used as collector.
