SUBSTANCE: structure is exposed to electromagnetic vortex field growing towards field-strength axis of vortex. Time of electromagnetic field growth to its maximum is set from equation tm ≤ kd2γ, where k is coefficient of proportionality; d is thickness of current-conducting structure along field-strength axis of vortex; γ is electric conductivity of structure material. Method is implemented by coils wound of T-shaped conductor turns. Conductors are wound on coil so that slots are filled with projections.
