FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of making structural and heat-insulating materials from cellular concrete using the dispersed reinforcement with synthetic fiber. Method involves addition of water, mineral binding agent, one-half of small-dispersed filling agent, foaming agent, the rest part of filling agent and dispersed fittings in working turbulent mixer. Polyamide fibers are used as fittings and portland cement, as a binding agent. Method provides preparing the cellular concrete at the broad range of densities and exhibiting the required properties. EFFECT: improved method of producing, improved quality and properties of the mixture. 2 tbl
