FIELD: security means.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of ensuring safety during training sports and combat firings, namely to means for trapping thrown elements (bullets, shot projectiles) and their fragments, as well as prevention of ricochets during firing from small arms. Crude mixture for making bullet-absorbing anti-ricochet elements from fiber foam concrete includes a binder, a fine aggregate, a foaming agent, disperse reinforcement and water. Binder used is portland cement or its version of the brand not less than 400, or gypsum plaster of the grade not lower than G6, or tensile cement or binder of low water demand. Disperse reinforcement used is polyamide fibers with length of 40–55 mm and diameter of 25–10 mcm, and/or carbon fibers with length of 18–35 mm and diameter of 9–6 mcm with ratio of components, pts.wt: binder – 100, fine filler – 155–230, foaming agent – 0.1–0.8, dispersed reinforcement – 1.1–9, water – balance. Density of the resulting mixture is in range 1,100–1,800 kg/m3. Also disclosed is a method of preparing a crude mixture for making a bullet-absorbent antifriction cell from fibrous foam concrete.

EFFECT: providing bullet-proof anti-casing coatings in a wide range of operational properties, high reliability, durability and efficiency of training and protective objects exposed to projectiles, reduced labor intensity and material consumption of their manufacture, as well as protection of persons taking part in firing, from damage by secondary fragments.
