FIELD: coal-mining industry under low-temperature conditions. SUBSTANCE: prophylactic agent comprises, wt.%: low-molecular polyethylene solution, 50-60, and tar, 40-50. Agent is prepared in two stages; in first stage, low-molecular polyethylene solution in catalytic or thermal cracking fraction having boiling temperature of 195-270 C and heated to 80-90 C, and in second stage predetermined amounts of the resulting solution with tar are mixed at 80-90 C and are maintained isothermally at given temperature.
