FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of preventive agents, which are intended for prevention of stick-by-layer rocks adhesion to surfaces of mining and transportation equipment, as well as freezing of overburden rocks in bulk. Prophylactic lubricant according to the invention contains a mixture of light gasoil of delayed coking with boiling point from 165 to 245 °C and heavy gasoil of delayed coking with boiling range from 245 to 360 °C in weight ratio of 1:1 in amount of 95–98 wt% and tar as a thickening additive in amount of 2 to 5 wt%, heated to temperature of 70–80 °C.
EFFECT: improvement of fire-hazardous properties (high value of flash point), low cost of preventive lubrication, as well as expansion of raw material base.
