SUBSTANCE: described is prophylactic agent against freezing, adhesion and dust suppression of free-flowing materials which comprises tar of term petroleums and kerosene-gas oil fraction. Agent comprises kerosene-gas oil fraction of catalytic cracking having boiling temperatures from 200 to 275 C, ratios of components being as follows, wt.%: road tar, 40-50 and light gas oil fraction of catalytic cracking having boiling temperatures from 200- 275 C.
