SUBSTANCE: emulsion includes at least hydrophilic nonionic surface-active substance, at least hydrophobic nonionic surface-active substance and polymer on terephthalate base. Emulsion contains nonionic surface-active substance in the amount of 2-50 wt. % and polymer of terephthalate base in the amount of 0.05-5% wt. % from total emulsion quantity.
