FIELD: mining technology. SUBSTANCE: method is used for reducing volume of underground workings occupied by liquid waste. In realization of method, initially water component of waste is removed. In this case delivery of mine air is increased above upper surface of liquid waste during period of time when content of moisture in mine air is insufficient. Moistened air is directed for ventilation of underground workings. Application of aforesaid method ensures efficient dehydration of liquid waste with removing moisture from underground mine to day surface. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 1 dwg
