FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cavitation type generators for heating of liquids in various purposes hydraulic systems. In vortex cavitator comprising vortex chamber with two branch pipes, each of which in chamber having bolt on input and rotating flows junction, housing in form of pipe, vortex chamber is divided by diaphragm with formation of two opposite coaxial volutes, one of which is connected with housing inlet opening via branch pipe, which enables to straighten vortex motion of fluid in housing and turn it into linear, axial and significantly reduce power consumption. Released energy can be realized into high output power of acoustic signal, therefore, to heated working fluid higher temperature, higher speed and cost efficiency of other processes flow. Possibility of inlet and outlet volutes relative rotation around common axis allows to change cavitator layout and integrate device into different process lines, as well as make them more compact and less expensive.
EFFECT: at that, achieved technical result will also allow to use power pumps with lower pressure and with lower power of drive motors.
