SUBSTANCE: device has interface unit, user line, unit of filter, signal generator, voltage stabilizer, capacitance storage battery, controlled current clipper, voltage clipper, threshold circuit, current detector, pulse generator, power supply line for signal generator. Goal of invention is achieved by controlled voltage clipper, in order to improve quality of call signal generation. Device is supplied from user line. Telephone set provides pulse call method.
