In addition device has serial circuit of decoder, decision making unit and unit which switches final-control unit. Output of latter unit serves as output for connection of final control unit. In addition device has signal threshold processing unit, which input is connected to telephone network and which output is connected to input of decoder and additional input of decision making unit. Signal threshold processing unit has serial circuit of filter for suppression of calling signals, voltage scaling circuit and comparator, which output serves as output from signal threshold processing unit. In addition signal threshold processing unit has reference voltage source, which is inserted between output of calling signal suppression filter and second input of comparator.
