FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing cornea to helium-neon laser radiation of 0.63 mcm wavelength. Laser radiation flow is directed to pathological focus in scanning mode during 1-2 min under radiation power exposition conditions of 0.01-1.5 J/G/cm2 and power of 102 mW/cm2. EFFECT: accelerated coalescence of the cornea.
