FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing eyeball in the ciliary body projection area to pulsating electromagnetic radiation at 0.96 mcm wavelength under energy illumination intensity over the ciliary body projection area being equal to 0.34-2 W/cm2 with pulse frequency 2-5 kHz during 1.5-3 min daily in single procedure until clinical inflammation symptoms are eliminated. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in treating various eye diseases both of inflammatory and metabolic nature.
