SUBSTANCE: filter has inlet duct formed by perforated electrode resting upon bottom of electric current nonconducting housing. Filtering member consists of fibrous layers and activated carbon between them. Shell of dielectric material is arranged between filtering member and cover coaxially relative to electrodes.
