FIELD: construction industry, in particular, equipment for treating concrete mix prior to laying it into mold or sheathing for manufacture of precast or erection of monolithic constructions. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has charging hopper and working tool pivotally joined to hopper at an angle to horizontal plane. Working tool has inlet branch pipe, end cap positioned in the vicinity of inlet branch pipe, gate, and vibration source. Working tool is constructed by "tube-in-tube" pattern. Electrode sections are positioned in electrically isolated relation on inner surface of outer tube. Each electrode section is connected to one phase of three-phase ac circuit. Inner tube has removable central core which is attached by means of detachable members on working tool body and connected to neutral wire of three-phase circuit. Central core is earthed and cantilevered to outer tube end cap which is removably positioned adjacent to inlet branch pipe. Central core is additionally provided with end cap and retainer for restricting floating up of central core. Gate is formed as detachable shutter provided with detachable members and fixed on carcass so that gap between shutter and lower end of outer tube may be adjusted. EFFECT: increased efficiency, enhanced reliability in operation and improved safety of apparatus. 3 dwg
