FIELD: equipment for preparing concrete mixes and mortars. SUBSTANCE: mixer has base carrying drum with inner blades and drive for rotating drum. Base has stops. Drum has charging and discharge part made in the form of truncated cone, middle cylindrical part and bottom formed as spherical segment. Blades are provided with end bent portions and fixed on cylindrical part at an angle to its axis. Sleeve on drum bottom allows drum to be removably mounted on drive shaft. Drive is formed as electric engine with reducer. Handle is fixed to reducer body. Drive mechanism is mounted on brackets whose free ends are pivotally connected with V-shaped frame having thrust and retainer. V-shaped frame is fixed on column loosely inserted into base for rotation about vertical axis. Frame has member for retaining it in selected positions. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of mixed products. 1 dwg
