FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: mixing machine includes body frame with supports, support frame for drum with inner blades, drum rotary drive, motor, reducing gear with output pinion shaft engaged with ring mounted perpendicular to drum shaft and mechanism for drum axis deviation. Additionally, mixing drum contains high-speed drive and consists of three parts: medium cylinder part with pivot-hinged blades with retainers-stops and vibration limiters for high-speed drive, top and bottom parts in the from of truncated cones. Bottom part contains stuffing box. Drum support frame is made of two parts: top cylinder part with bearing-tappet rollers and stops lockers of support frame axis deviation, and bottom part in the form of truncated cone.

EFFECT: equipment functionality enhancement and service life increase; quality improvement and cost reduction for manufactured products.
