FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: solvent-concrete mixing plant consists of a frame 1, mounted on wheels 2 with the supports 3. The frame 1 is made in the form of two support pillars (not indicated), on which a drum 6 with at least three blades 7 inside, each of which is made at the angle 135°, is movably supported by means of a cross beam 4 on sleeves 5, and a drive mechanism, the drum 6 is mounted on s shaft 8, and the latter is located in the bearing housing 9 with a nut 10. The shaft 8 is adapted to fit the bearings (not indicated) from the nut 10 side at the sliding fit and from the drum 6 bottom 11 at the pressing fit to prevent the shaft 8 neck galling at the place of great load. The drum 6 is made in the form to be able to inscribe the circumference inside it, which allows to reduce the metal content, and the drive mechanism consists of an electric motor 12, the pulleys 13, the tapered belt 14, the drive gear 15, fixed to the pulley 13, the telescopic fastener 16 at the cross beam 4 and the rim 17 in the form of the crown, mounted on the bottom 11 of the drum 6, driven by the driving gear 15. In order to overturn the drum 6, it is provided with a steering wheel 18, connected to the cross beam 4 through the sleeves 5, and to fix the drum 6 in the inclined position, the steering wheel 18 is provided with a pin 19 towards a lock 20, made in the form of a ring with holes (not indicated) for selecting the drum 6 inclination with the ability to provide the reliable position of the drum 6 in the engagement, excluding its spontaneous overturn. The pin 19 is provided with bushings 21 for guiding the pin 19 movement into the holes of the lock 20 and the spring 22 to allow the pin 19 to return to the holes of the lock 20 and by the toe 23 to facilitate the operator's work, and the electric motor 12 for the start uses the capacitor 24. The wires 25 from the electric motor 12 passes through the tubes (not indicated) of the cross beam 4 to the switch 26, and from it through the cable (not indicated) to the plug 27, to create the greater rigidity, the core barrel 28 is welded with the full penetrated weld at the drum 6 neck. Since the shaft 8 passes through the opening (not indicated) in the drum 6 bottom 11, the shaft 8 is welded from the outside to create the stiffness, and from the inside its fastener stiffness is provided by the installed fixing element 29, made, for example, in the form of the truncated pyramid, the hemisphere and so on, thus such design is reliably locks the shaft 8 with the bottom of the drum 6 and provides the long service life of the plant.

EFFECT: reduction of metal consumption, ease of operation and transportation, high reliability and extended service life.
