CYLINDER-PLUNGER PAIR SEAL Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: seal of kinematic cylinder-plunger pair has ring members placed on housing one behind the other for engagement with mating surface of cylinder. To provide reliable sealing each nonmetallic ring as inner groove whose communicates with inner space of housing through channels. Ends of nonmetallic rings get into corresponding recesses of metallic rings with lining. Housing has ring groove from top which forms ring space with thrust ring. Ring space communicates with inner space of plunger housing through horizontal and downward tilted channels. To prevent turning out of adapter, lock bushing with cuts on end faces is installed between lower end face of housing and upper end face of check valve. EFFECT: increased reliability of seal. 3 dwg
