FIELD: production of potable water by deep purification. SUBSTANCE: plant has successively arranged mixer, flotator, multilayer filter with layers of sand, anthracite, polymer material, contact reservoir, gauzes, electrocoagulator, ion exchanger with regenerator and automatic multistation valve, reagent inlet in the form of ejector having narrowing and expanding nozzles with curved helical grooves on their internal surface. Mixer consists of upper cylindrical part and lower conical part whose internal surface has curved spiral guides passing into circular groove located at the level of beginning of transition of conical part into cylindrical one and having outlet pipe for discharge of solid particles with automatic valve of hydrogravitation action. Higher quality of purification is attained due to full mixing of reagents in entire volume of treated water and provision of favorable conditions for chemical reactions.
