SUBSTANCE: device is characterized in specific design of its blades which are mounted in pairs on hollow guides passed through device case and forming six symmetrical ends; guides accommodate shafts; ends equally spaced from case on one side of guides carry blade motion limiting levers which are secured on one side at blade roots and on other side they are loosely mounted.
