FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: water in amount corresponding to water-to-solids ratio 0.18-0.23 is introduced into mixer with 40-60% of surfactant and mix is agitated for 0.5-1 min before addition of silica component followed by agitation for further 1-2 min. After that, cement and plasticizer are added, mix agitated 2-3 min, remaining part of surfactant is added, and final mix is agitated until it completely acquires cellular structure. According to invention, surfactant is constituted by sulfonate powder or sodium lauryl sulfate in amount 0.8-2.0% of cement weight and amount of special-type plasticizer is 0.2-0.4%.
