DRY GROUND MIXTURE FOR PRODUCTION OF CELLULAR CONCRETE Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: building material production. SUBSTANCE: dry ground mixture comprises, mas.%: binder, 40-50; silica component, 42.8-44.2; peptizing agent, 0.5-1.0; sodium and triethanolamine salts of alkylsulfate or oxyethylated alkylphenols. Mixture also comprises promoter of hardening, component which comprises 28-98 % of Al₂O₃ is used as said promoter. Waste of production aluminium of bauxites, substandard bauxite or waste catalyst is used the component. Specific surface of said mixture is 3500-4500 cm²/g. Thus obtained mixture is mixed with water and is affected by pore formation which takes place by stirring in mixer within 4-10 min. Plastic strength is 110-180 g/cm², compressive strength in 28 days is 45-95 kg/cm². EFFECT: improved quality.
