FIELD: building materials, more particularly cellular concretes for making heat-insulation in building structures. SUBSTANCE: raw mix comprises sodium aluminate and sodium or triethanolamine salt of alkylsulfate or oxyethylated alkylphenol as blowing agent and modified sodium lignosulfonate as plasticizer, ratios of components being as follows, wt %: cement, 44-95; silicic components, 0-50; said blowing agent, 1-5; said plasticizer 0.5-3; sodium aluminate, 0.25-1.75; water to S/L=0.58-0.65. Average concrete density is 250-350 kg/cubic m. Compressive strength is 8-15 kg/sq.cm. Heat conduction is 0.065-0.08 W/m C. EFFECT: improved properties of the raw mix. 3 tbl
