FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: method comprises reacting polyisocyanate with hydroxyl- containing mixture comprising polyether, trimerization catalyst, foaming cooling agent, tri(halogenalkyl)phosphate and surfactant. Polyether is polyester with molecular weight of 800-2500; trimerization catalyst is complex catalyst based on glycolamine and Lewis acid at 1:0.1-1 weight ratio. Mixture also comprises urethan-formation catalyst and mineral filler, ratio of components being as follows, wt parts: polyester with molecular weight of 800-2500; 0.01- 8.0; complex catalyst based on glycolamin and Lewis acid at 1:0.1-1 weight ratio, 0.6-5.0; cooling agent having boiling temperature of 20-50 C, 0.01-5.0; tri- (halogen)alkyl phosphate 0.4-22.5; surfactant, 0.05-3.0; urethan formation catalyst; 0.01-0.8; mineral filler, 0.02-10.0.
